Setup & requirements
Do I need my own VPS or server?
No. Your bot runs on infrastructure IduBot operates, in an isolated workspace dedicated to your account — nothing to install, host, or keep online yourself.
Which brokers are supported?
Any broker that supports MetaTrader 5. We read your account's real symbol list directly, so you're never limited to a hardcoded set — and symbol suffixes like .m, .a, or _micro are handled automatically.
How long until I'm live?
Minutes. Connect your MT5 login, pick your symbols, risk %, and session, and IduBot provisions an isolated workspace and deploys your bot — with health checks at every stage.
What happens if a deployment fails partway through?
Deployments are staged and checkpointed. A failure at any stage triggers cleanup or rollback — you never end up with a half-built, broken setup.
Can I run more than one bot or account?
Yes. Each bot gets its own isolated workspace and MT5 instance, so you can run several strategies or accounts side by side without them ever touching each other.

What strategy does the bot use?
A genuine Smart Money Concepts engine — Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Break of Structure, and liquidity sweeps — with up to 16 confirmation methods you can require before it ever places an order. See how the bots work.
How does it protect an open trade?
It manages the whole life of the trade: moves the stop to break-even once you're safely in profit, trails it forward through multiple lock levels, and closes early if it detects a reversal — so a winner doesn't round-trip into a loss.
What stops a bad day from wiping the account?
A full suite of guardrails — daily loss quotas, drawdown floors, a high-impact news filter, correlation limits, and a shutdown break-even shield that protects open trades even if the bot itself stops.
Which markets can it trade?
Forex, gold & metals, crypto, indices, and synthetic indices — whatever your broker actually lists — across scalper, day-trader, swing, and prop-firm style profiles.
Can I use signals without running a bot?
Yes. The Signal Service is independent of deployment — receive calls on your dashboard, email, and Telegram and trade them yourself. See the Signal Service.
Can I stop or pause it whenever I want?
Always. You're in full control from your dashboard — stop a bot, change its configuration, or shut everything down at any time.

Does IduBot touch my money?
Never. We have zero withdrawal access to any account. Your broker account, its withdrawal access, and your funds stay entirely yours — we provide the technology, not custody.
How is my MT5 password handled?
It's encrypted at rest and never stored in plain text, never shown in any interface after you enter it, and never returned by any API — not even to our own staff.
Does this guarantee I'll make money?
No — and be wary of anything that claims it does. Trading is risky and losses happen. What IduBot guarantees is disciplined, rules-based execution and hard risk controls working every second, exactly as configured. You can validate it all on a demo account first.
How does billing work?
